I went to this iconic restaurant for lunch in 2015, and was immediately struck by the wonderful green interior. I started shooting with my Fuji X camera while I waited for my order, which proved as spectacular as the environs. Through the meal the photos seemed to compose themselves before me, as if all had choreographed and stylised for the shoot. 

I love to shoot in this way - quickly, intuitively, discretely. Later when I looked at the shots i was struck by the repetition of pink and green, and recurring triangular shapes with the images.
