Fine Art Photography
Always a pleasure to shoot the work of great photographers such as Max Dupain and Bill Henson. Often photos are behind glass, which can make it tricky to eliminate reflections, this is when I will polarise and it doesn't always work. I had a large black Henson work behind warped acrylic that I was digitising and this was challenging. I have digitised a lot of glass plate negatives as well, including Frank Hurley plates from Mawson’s Antartica exhibition, and approximately 2,000 plates from the City Of Shadows mug shots at the Justice and Police Museum in Sydney.
